Alan Cadiz, D.O. Dr. Cadiz is a "third generation" pediatrician – as both his father and grandfather practiced pediatrics. He is a graduate of Nova Southeastern University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Ft. Lauderdale and completed his residency training at the University Of Florida College Of Medicine in Jacksonville, Florida, where he also served as Chief Resident.
