As a branch of Alma Midwifery, the classes and events we offer in our beautiful, peaceful spaces are designed to facilitate empowerment through education, connection, nurturance and community. These offerings include prenatal yoga and other movement classes, childbirth education, new parent education such as Baby Care Basics and Infant CPR & First Aid, new parent groups, and community-building events such as Maternity and Baby Clothing Swaps. We believe strongly in the power of knowledge, and we prioritize sharing this knowledge with our clients and the community at large in the interest of ensuring safe, healthy, happy pregnancies, babies, and families
