I offer kids and Mommy & Me Yoga Classes in the Parkland/Coral Springs area. Classes are based on the Kidding Around Yoga program which integrates yoga songs, games and exercises as well as age appropriate meditation and guided imagery. Most of all, I make yoga FUN and something your kids will want to come back and do again and again!
