Prenatal Yoga is designed to meet the needs of pregnancy and motherhood. Relax your body, ease your mind and connect with your baby in a safe and supportive environment. It will help prepare you for labor by maintaining flexibility in the muscles, as well as building strength to ensure an easier labor and quicker postpartum recovery. Perhaps most importantly giving you the feeling of inspiration and a sense of being nourished in a community of women sharing motherhood.
