Prenatal Yoga Saturdays 12:15p


Yoga helps pregnant Mamas to alleviate back pain, and opens hips, shoulders, and chest.  It improves the ability to build strength and stamina, while including the time to breathe, relax, and focus inward on one’s self.  Poses are done with modifications and props, including yoga blocks, bolsters and chairs for safety and support.  This class is appropriate for all trimesters.
