Why Michelle (One To One Fitness) is passionate about helping moms:

I have been a trainer for 10 years and found it a challenge to get motivated postpartum. I realized it helps to have someone to motivate and keep you accountable to not only get back to your pre-baby shape but possibly get you into the best shape of your life. Moms are powerful sometimes we just need someone to help us tap into that power.
