I support Moms in living their best life. I help moms that want to lose 5lbs and up and want to be in their best shape ever. I focus on solid nutrition, including meal plans, easy to do works and lots of support and accountability.
I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition and a background in Personal Training. Most importantly: I am a busy stay at home mom with a toddler, I have lost over 60lbs and am in my best shape ever (I’m turning 40 this year!).
