The kids are overwhelming you to the point of crying and anxiety. You sometimes feel lost, alone and unloved and you don’t even know what to do about it, how to get help. You feel up and down, like you’re on an emotional roller coaster. The day ahead feels endless. You wake up anxious about anxiety or a panic attack. Imagine waking up and feeling good about the day ahead; to see your kids faces and feel happy about taking them to school or cooking dinner. Yes, you’re tired but you still feel like the day ahead will be a good one. You have projects or work planned and look forward to completing them. My specialty is helping moms feel more emotionally stable, happier about being a mom and more connected to their partner, friends, and loved ones of their choosing. No one wants to feel bad about themselves or their parenting. I help you feel better and more stable about both.
