Burn Boot Camp offers 45 minute workouts that combine strength and cardio training. We help moms and women all over the USA to find time for themselves and help remove the obstacles they usually find to be able to do this. That is why we offer complimentary child watch, unlimited 1:1 goal setting and nutritional guidance meetings, a community like no other, where like minded people (mostly women) encourage and lift each other up to achieve their goals. We challenge our members both physically and mentally through our workouts and environment. Our exercises can be modified up or down based on each persons individual needs and objectives. There is always someone there to help you out!
